How long will my order take to ship?

Each piece is made-to-order — meaning we don’t mass-produce or summon inventory out of thin air.
Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If something’s wrong, email us at hello@whitemagicwink.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Promise. (We’re snarky, not heartless.)

Do you offer custom designs?

Sometimes. If you’ve got a darkly brilliant idea that fits our vibe, email us — but we don’t do corporate logos, influencer merch, or anything that says “Live, Laugh, Love.”

What if I entered the wrong address?

Triple-check your shipping info before you order, because once it’s out, it’s out. If you catch it fast enough, email us and we’ll try to fix it before it ships — but no guarantees.
